I fond of Panago pizza. But this time my experience was horrible. Not only I waited so long for my order but after paying staff literally just walked away without saying any word no greetings. I am a loyal customer , I have never complained about pizza or service because they always keeps my food ready and also provide exceptional service. But As per my recent experience dont wanna give them a single star but i have to. Great place before i dont know what happened now.

Tasty pizza, clean and friendly staff. The price is a bit higher than the competitors but fresh ingredients. Seating area is tiny yet nice and clean. Good number of options in the menu which is great.
Was first time trying panago pizza . Verry disappointed with service, young lady took my order and she seemed so confused. Ordered pizza with extra sauce received little sauce and pizza was soggy. Not recommended.
I just recently put an UberEats order through for Panago - my first time ordered there. I wanted to make a substitution on the app, but there was no place to. I called Panago's customer service number and talked to someone named Mark who spoke over my almost the entire phone conversation. He said I had to cancel my order and re-do it with the substitution. There is no place to? I was pretty disappointed with this experience, and if you are going to book with them, consider that my experience with customer service was disrespectful and they seem to have little knowledge of their app.
It's too bad....one poor girl making all the pizzas on a busy Friday night, wow. Asked for a pepperoni with extra sauce, received little, to no sauce with a huge bubble in mine. Was a great place before, not sure what happened...
