I went here today and a beautiful blonde, long hair lady (I wasn’t able to get her lovely name) accommodated me with my exchange, my inquiries from my online order! I hate the online order that I got. She accommodated me very well! I hope she gets promoted! Very friendly, approchable and communicative!

The customer service here is amazing. I had a horrible experience with Pandora Fairview mall and came here and they were able to help me with everything I needed and were so friendly.
They have a really weird Covid waitlist system. People who are returning/buying are put to on a waitlist, but people who are there to pickup an order are let in immediately. This system doesn’t really make sense since returning an item isn’t a long process. I had to wait over an hour just to return an item. There were sales associates who could’ve helped with the return but even when I asked I was shutdown. People who wanted an exchange were also allowed in immediately. When I finally got in, the sales associate made me wait on the side and took care of people who were buying items prior to helping me even though I was waiting first. I understand they were busy but they really need to fix up their waitlisting system.
Even though I came during a busy hour, a girl named Ashley helped out and gave me a totally great experience! She introduced me to many new styles of jewelry and informed me of all the details with a patient, respectful and calm attitude. Definitely left me an amazing first impression, and will recommend friends and families to this store because of the aesthetically pleasing store and the amazing customer service.
Incredible customer service. My favourite location by far! Ashley is the best sales representative and has great taste, was super helpful and very professional.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!!!!! You would think because of covid there policy’s would change but they didn’t very disappointed and will never be purchasing from pandora again. Spoke with someone on the phone and in store and no one seemed to care.
within the first minutes of black friday opening and one of the employees was very rude to me. i didn’t say anything for her to have the reaction she did i was shocked. completely put me in a bad mood.
Poor customer service. Wanted to exchange 1 of the 3 pieces I bought at another store for 1 that I was looking for but was unavailable at the store of purchase. When I asked to do the exchange the sales person told me that because I bought it as a buy 2 get one free I had to return them all and repurchase the 3 i wanted again at full price because the sale no longer was applicable. When you work in retail you shouldn't be dropping the "F" bomb when you see a customer it's your job to help them. You lose repeat business with the service I received.
