My spouse's boss gifted us a round-trip luxury shuttle service to use during our post-wedding getaway to Toronto. The email communications from the company prior to our departure date were timely, thorough, and very polite. The driver, car, and overall experience on the way to Toronto far surpassed any of our expectations. He was so hospitable, a great conversationalist and made sure that we were not just comfortable during the ride, but were having fun. The experience was heightened by the small amenities within the car (snacks and water) and when the driver took us through McDonalds for coffees (which he comped). The trip home, while as comfortable as can be expected within Toronto traffic, was an average experience. We would still rate Paro 5-stars as the first trip was fantastic and we can only imagine that, as long as the personnel is similar to the first driver, people would have a consistently enjoyable experience with Paro Concierge & Livery.

Terrific experiences! Both to the airport and back. On time, friendly, efficient, professional. The van was amazingly comfortable and fit 6 of us along with lots of luggage. We recently used Paro to transport both Bridal parties to our wedding. Their Chevrolet Suburban and Mercedes Sprinter Van were perfect for our groups (5-6 people each). Both vehicles were beautifully maintained and we were really impressed with how professional the drivers were. Booking was easy and overall the experience was exactly what we were looking for!
I think this is an incredibly helpful app and concept. I found access to what I required easy and reliable. The plumber who worked on my house was timely, efficient and more than capable. He offered me many options! In addition, Paro’s app was easy to use and communication excellent.
I had a great experience using Paro's livery/concierge service! The driver I had was fantastic- friendly and attentive. The ease of scheduling through the app was a really nice touch. I would highly recommend this company for bother personal and corporate needs.
