Lara offers extremely thoughtful and compassionate care. She uses her wide knowledge and experience to provide an intelligent and unique care plan to address the specific needs of her client. I would highly recommend Lara to all postpartum people.

I really appreciated Lara’s insight and support. She was very good at getting to know me as a person and I really feel like she looked at my experiences from a holistic perspective. I also liked that OT services are focused on providing self-help tools so that I can manage my needs independently, rather than relying on repeat visits. Over all, I thought this service option was very good value for the cost of the service as I got a lot of tools I can use in relatively few sessions. Lara is so calm and positive and I really came out of our sessions feeling empowered. I will certainly go back to see her if I need to in future.

I did the Dancing for Birth Class with Lara, and learned a lot about ways to prepare for birth and tools to use during labour. It was a fun class, educational, and a great way to connect with other mamas/mamas-to-be about experiences and worries, as well as to build confidence about your birthing experience. I was able to use some of the moves and tools taught in this class during my labour and delivery, and I believe they truly helped! Lara is a warm and compassionate teacher. I would definitely recommend doing this class with her!

Lara was a fantastic help to me post-partum. I would absolutely recommend a session (or several!) with her to anyone!
