Mario Pelletier Tree Removal

Worst customer service ever. They sent a grapple to NH to us and then thing leaked the first 5 minutes. Never got back in touch with me, never tried to help out or back their products. So now we are stuck with a useless grapple. We dumped money into it to try to fix all the bad issues and it still doesn't work. We paid 3800.00 US dollars and it's been a lemon. Don't buy one. I'm so disappointed with these people and their product.
