We were scattering around town to find some prescription sunglasses as soon as possible and we called Premier and they told us they would do their best to get them on time within a couple days (which is pretty crazy) we were amazed when just two days later they were in and fit amazing and prescription was on point. He was very nice to us and we will definitely be switching here for the future! great job premier.

Being an international student in Canada is expensive and difficult when it comes to the medical facilities. I had to get my eyeglasses done and it was a dire necessity. Lucky the College provides us with insurance and some network stores affiliated with the Insurance company. But it was of no use as even after barring the insurance cover these network stores gave me a quote for more than 400 CADS. Lucky enough to have visited the Premier Opticals, where Amin Javaheri-Zadeh guided me with absolute honesty, without the thought of filling his own pockets. I request all to come to this store and get an honest purchase experience where this gentleman works for satisfying the students and without hesitation, helps them. Infact, he went all the way out to offer me the best that he could which was still lesser than what the network stores quoted me. The service and the glasses are at its finest edge. I request him to please come within the insurance company network so that the students struggling to make the ends meet here, can take a sigh of breath that they ain't being looted by the insurance companies and their network stores. Helpful and professional! Amin helped me super quickly and efficiently when my glasses broke, helping me find the correct replacement frames and switching my lenses over. All during my 30 minute lunch break! I won't even think about going anywhere else in the future, this place is the best.
Wonderful experience! They probably have the best high end glasses and lenses selection in waterloo and was super friendly during the entire process. It's clear that the owner is very passionate and knows a lot about everything he carries, highly recommend!

TBH, this is the best PLACE ever to get you glasses TBH. The owner is very friendly, sell the best quality products and is a gentle men. Even the optometrist he hires are the best. when I did my test with them, the tech is good and the doctor took his time unlike other shops, they don't care about you. I do not regret every penny I paid tbh. The owner has a kind heart, transparent and ALWAYS PLACES HIS CUSTOMERS FIRST. I really wish you the best of luck. \u003c3
