After today's disappointing review of 7-Eleven pizza (hahha, who didn't see that coming??), we needed another pizza to fill the pizza urges void. Next closest was Buddy's! Ordered and ready quick; large pep for 9.05 after tax in 10 minutes! Crust had a nice rustic edge, definately homemade vibes. Toppings were oddly bland. Buddy, that sauce needs some ZIP! 5.5 in The @kitchenerpizza Challenge.
Amazing PIZZA and truly exceptional customer service. Had to pick up pizza with 3 kids (in covid times not fun) so didn't want to wait in the store with them (as was early for pick up of food). Owner offered to bring the pizza to me in the car- and did just that minutes later! Asked how our day was going and seemed very genuine. She just had a baby 4 weeks ago and was already back working hard! congrats on the new baby! You guys make awesome pizza. We will be back. Thank you!
Never in my life have I ever had a business owner bring in both Me and my wife for a well cooked meal that was personally prepared by the female owner in way of a apology The food that was prepared for us at no cost but as form of a apology was fantastic and the customer service was night and day compared to the gentleman we spoke to previously. We were told that he no longer was working there. Truly amazed by such genuine kind customer service
Had the gluten free pizza (pictured). Was good. Not very hard like the other places I have tried (pizza pizza and pizza depot). Need a bit more sauce I would say and make crust thicker. I guess it’s tough to do so because it’s gluten free. Great customer service as well. Anyway, Recommended! Lost a star because no bathroom if you’re eating inside on the stools. Very tiny area to eat in. Also, no free dipping sauce with the pizza.
