I absolutely love this flower shop, it is definitely my go to when I need flowers. The flower designers are very talented and the arrangements are always on time and beautiful. I ordered flowers for my sister who loss her daughter. I wanted them delivered on a particular day. They were unable to deliver on that day as they could not get in touch with her. I was very upset but they rectified the situation by upgrading the flower arrangement and the owner personally delivered the them to my sister. Things do go wrong sometimes but Raymond's flowers went out of their way to change my experience. They really care about their customers. I will definitely use them again!
I've continuously received exceptional service from Raymond's Flower Shop, they are amazing! The staff take the time to arrange their bouquets thoughtfully and put so much care into their craft. Even though I am no longer in the KW community, I fully trust that they will create a beautiful arrangement for those I love and that it will be delivered with ease.
