Staff member ill informed about blue box program in place last weekend. Was told they don't have them for the public at Savage Rd. And you have to buy them. Most staff are aware of the recycling program in the Region. This female operating the scales, needs to be informed of the recycling program as it applies to the Region on Waterloo. A waste of my time and gas by this person

Waste management left a present for me as it recycling truck was passing past my driveway and are refusing to take any responsibility for it
Busy Saturday, steady stream of trucks and trailers at the residential dump. Quick back up, contactless payment, bring a credit card, cash not accepted right now, minimum charge of 5, very reasonable compared to other waste stations. Erb Street has a lot of construction right now, Costco overflow will keep you busy rounding the traffic circles.
Layout can be confusing depending on what you’re bringing, but services are useful and staff are helpful and great.
Staff were very friendly and helpful! New home owners can get a green bin/recycling bins for free. Awesome!
