I called the number, used the extension during business hours (as listed on google) and was told by a bot that the extension was invalid. when I was eventually transferred to the registrars office a bot said it was unable to dial the number. very unhelpful.

Just wanted to acknowledge Heather Rellinger and Tracy Ranville of the Registrar's Office. I had issues receiving my OSAP funding, and due to COVID-19 limitations, I was really nervous that I wouldn't receive it in time to pay my tuition. These ladies were very responsive to their e-mails and had everything sorted out for me extremely quickly. Thank you so much! You have no idea how much stress this takes off of me.
Great hours. At least have 24x7 access to the drop box so that those who can't make the regular office hours can still drop theirs forms off. It's against my religion to send mail. You have insulted me
I had a great experience with the registrar when I needed assistance this month completing a form for an internship. I have had issues with the registrar in the past setting up too much "red tape" in the university, not working with student population enough; however I was very impressed with recent assistance I had from Julia, who worked with me to help solve a problem right before the end of her shift! Totally impressed with her above and beyond customer service.
They know when the busiest times are for students and do not staff accordingly. Expect to call multiple times to speak with someone within the month before and after enrollment. Some people are helpful others are extremely rude. Also for a school with students on co-op during their registration you would think the hours would go beyond 4:30pm but ya know that would be logical...
Called today & was very pleased with the fast service & rep who answered all my questions. Sorted out my situation within the hour. Thanks Laura!
The lady I spoke with was not a friendly person to talk to, cut you off when you try to explain your situation. She wanted me off the phone as quickly as possible, and kept insisting to check online for my answers. Sometimes you can't find everything you need to know online. Worst Office of Registrar staff to talk to.
