Excellent Service! Richard took the time to explain the workings of the new Thermostat. This was greatly appreciated. He also explained how the filters on the furnace worked and when they need to be changed. He set up the schedule on the Thermostat so we would receive reminders for service. Very thorough. Excellent work! Would love to have Richard return for any future issues.
