As first time home buyers Troy was great for teaching us what to look out for at every stage in the process, and explained everything simply. When it came to putting offers in, Troy was a great source of advice on how to proceed, and genuinely didn't want to see us overpay on something and regret it later. We saw something like 20 houses in our search, and as we were starting to lose hope Troy made a prediction that we'd find something in 3 weeks - and to our amazement we had one in 2!
Troy has been exceptionally accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We came to him with a listing we were interested in but no prior experience purchasing real estate. Troy helped us understand the process and the specifics of the property better, answered all our questions and got us a great deal for our new home! We didn't imagine the home-buying process could be this smooth! We were worried a real estate agent could be pushy or put the sale before everything, but that wasn't the case at all with Troy, he was very patient, trust-worthy and he always pointed out existing flaws in the properties we looked at, he never rushed us. While we had a property in mind, there was another one we were interested in, and Troy arranged a viewing on very short notice. He was generally fantastic and very responsive by email and phone. The most technologically advanced ! Everything can be done on your smartphone anywhere anytime. He has tremendous amount of knowledge and he made my entire process an easy and relaxed experience (He does all the work and analysis, you just relax). Combined with great personality and real state data science (He is great with numbers - I'm a data scientist), Troy is a rare find ! I recommend for all and especially for folks in tech field.
