Such a disorganized company. We were looking for a property manager for two of our properties. I contacted Royal York Property Management on their website (on Tuesday). The next day (Wednesday) someone called. I asked them to schedule a zoom video call (since we can't meet in person due to covid-19) so we discuss details and questions. She said only phone call is possible. Imagine you have to hire someone while they don't want to meet you face to face. Anyway, she said we schedule you for tomorrow (Thursday) at noon and will send you email with details shortly. We free up our schedule for that call. We didn't received any email and no phone call. I called them back at 1pm to check what happened. She said we forgot and don't know why the email wasn't send. Anyway, we were scheduled for Sunday 2pm (as they didn't had any other open time!!!) and she will send the email right away for confirmation. Again we didn't received any email. So we thought it's cancelled again. Sunday at1:40pm, someone called said I see you have been scheduled for 2pm, I just have few minutes between meetings thought to call you earlier. We told him that it was for 2pm we can't talk at that moment and since we didn't received any email we thought it was cancelled. He again scheduled us for Monday 2pm. Monday morning we received an email saying he has a meeting at 2pm and asked to reschedule for 2:30pm. Again we said no problem. As expected no one called!!! This is completely the opposite of how it should be. I can't believe that property owners have to chase them to find a time so they can have a phone call. Anyway, we are very happy we learned about their company and quality of their services before hiring them.
