I walked in to the store. Both employees were sitting scrolling on their phones behind the cash. I asked for a quick recommendation for a curly product. One girl pointed me in the direction of an isle and went back on her phone. I walked up the isle but ended up leaving because the service doesn’t deserve my hard earned

Just left this location and my experience was horrible. I couldn't even wait to post about my experience. The staff is rude and unfriendly. They were cold and they barely spoke 2 words to us. They offered ZERO assistance for locating products. They left boxes scattered everywhere and the store was unsafe to move around. They only got 1 star from me because they had the product I was looking for. Don't waste your time with this location. You'll regret coming here and spending money for less than mediocre service.

The old lady with black hair was extremely rude. I asked her for help, but I felt like I was talking to a robot. She was zoned out beyond belief and seemed very annoyed when I asked simple questions. I have worked in retail, and if people are coming into your store, and spending money, the most you can do is act like you care.
