Crystal has been our property manager for almost a year now and she has been nothing short of excellent! It is so refreshing to have her on board, she is very approachable and answers any and all questions quickly, she comes with a wealth of knowledge and expertise and has helped us fix issues from the past. Thank you Crystal for being our site manager, you are the best!

These long winded responses on a Google platform are highly unprofessional as business owners. Many of these conversations I have been reading through should be client and business provider(Sanderson Management) private and confidential conversations, not out in the open of a Google platform back and forth conversations. I will reserve my opinions about the diligence and sense of urgency in resolving problems with this company and leave my review at a 3 star.
With the recent appointment of Crystal as our site's property manager, things have really turned around. She is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly responsive. The Board often relies on Crystal's expertise in all things property management, and she is truly an invaluable member of our team. I would highly recommend Crystal Cormier as a property manager, she is excellent.
Sanderson has been great to deal with. My guess is the negative reviews are from those who don’t understand how condos operate and don’t like the rules that govern them.
