Everytime I call to have my Tuscan serviced, these guys go above and beyond. No high pressure sales, yes the suggestions are there, but not forcibly. Everything is clearly explained and I'm confident that it's done right when I pick up my car. Happy I bought my car here 2 years ago.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle through Schlueter Hyundai recently and had a wonderful experience with Jessica. I was nervous about having to deal with a high pressure environment (as I've experienced at car dealerships before) and this was the complete opposite of that. Jessica was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable, regardless of what my decision was going to be. Shestin in the finance department was very helpful and enjoyable to speak with also. I look forward to returning for my first service appointment and have no doubt it will be a great experience as well!

Update: Recently had some issues due to broken wiper cowl confirmed by the Nissan dealership. This dealership is the best however, it’s completely normal to miss cosmic items even for the dealership. So, my only recommendation to buyers is, do the proper inspection of the vehicle before purchasing. (I’m saying this based on their response when I raised this issue: “The moulding under the wiper blade is not something we would repair on a used vehicle in order to prepare it for sale. It's not part of the safety and is only cosmetic in nature. Truth is ... I don't think anyone around here noticed it, either. I'm afraid I don't have a solution for you on that one.”) After purchase issue 2: Backseat passenger side one head restraint was missing which is considered as a safety feature in automotive industry. I doubt how they passed the safety. (I sent them all the pictures I took at the showroom on the day we got the delivery and they ordered a new one for me without a single question) After purchase Issue 3: Front side passenger mat was missing (They gave me spare Hyundai mat as they couldn’t get the original one from the owner) My only criticism is that it wasn't disclosed until we found our-self on the very next day after the delivery that the wiper cowls is broken. It definitely makes my Rogue look ugly! I spoke to the manager about this matter and he said they can’t fix it now since it’s a “cosmetic” thing. But we are glad that we got the best deal and Kevin helped us throughout the process and made sure we get what we wanted. I definitely want to go back to this dealership for my future purchases. (End) My wife and I were recently looking for a used Nissan Rogue, and decided to look at Schlueter Hyundai. My wife and I appreciated the fact that we were able to test drive the vehicle by ourselves, which gave us an opportunity to openly discuss our opinions without the pressure of having a salesperson riding with us.

Searching for a new car is always a stressful experience and what looked to be another repeat was diminished by our introduction to Patrick. He turned what could have been a painful and prolonged search into a pleasant and transparent experience. The only delay came from us having to choose the appropriate model. Patrick was very easy to deal with. His initial communication via e-mail was first class: friendly, helpful, prompt, professional, considerate and open. He never pushed or forced us to finalize a deal quickly and was always respectful of our thoughts and concerns- answering all our questions. When we met in person, he personified the same demeanour as in his e-mails and we felt an instant connection and rapport. He provided as many details as we could handle, was honest in what we could expect and also what he could try to do for us. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Patrick handled our car needs and we walked away from the dealership satisfied and excited. Patrick is the kind of sales representative that any and every dealership should have so that you know you’ll be taken care of before and after you leave. Thank you, Patrick, for the wonderful service and thank you Waterloo Hyundai!

No more Hyundai for me, service is very very poor and no priority to customers needs. Manager is rude, Hyundai should investigate. Learn from Attrell, their all dealerships have impeccable customer focus and I also believe actual vehicle service is better.
