Only location open on the weekend in all of Waterloo Region during the pandemic. Arrived around 10 am, had to spend an hour and half in line in the cold outside, but once inside, the service was quick and efficient. The lady who helped us was very nice and friendly and knew what she was doing, we had renewals and address changes for 2 people. 3 people were working inside and masks were required.

This is a nice location with friendly and helpful people working here. One lady (who was not serving me) seemed a little moody but helpful anyway. They don't offer all the services from Service Ontario but what they do, they do very well. The people behind the counters were also efficient and competent.
Waited outside for 8 minutes and once inside service was very quick and helpful for drivers licence and health card. Thank you very much Jesse.
Hit or miss. Sometimes they are in a good mood and really helpful, other days... not so much. Typical of government workers though. Oh, and you'll have better chance at the lottery than geting your phone call answered here.
