I love the lunchtime sessions at this studio. A few months ago I was close to burnout and very stressed, so I turned to yoga and other methods of stress relief. I find these lunchtime sessions provide a wonderful variety in practice/poses/flows and I can feel the stress relief after my sessions. I feel more energetic and calm after every session. Every instructor is excellent at working with a class of variety in experience.

Discovering the Shanti Centre and working with Laura over the last year or so has been a wonderful and beneficial experience. My wife and I, both seniors were realizing that the aging process was affecting both our balance and our flexibility. Working with Laura has been very beneficial to our health and well being. Excellent. So inclusive and welcoming for all shapes and sizes. Wonderful! I can't say enough good about everyone here. They have all the equipment you need. Just show up! Lovely place to be.
Beautiful yoga studio with a fantastic instructor! I started taking the lunchtime classes about a month ago and am absolutely loving it. The instructor thoroughly explains all movements and poses. Since starting at Shanti, I feel much stronger and confident - I highly recommend!
