From the moment James from Shaw Electrical Solutions replied to my inquiry it was truly a positive experience. James got back to me the same day I made an inquiry for a quote. He worked with me to set up a time for the free quote and he was able to do the work the same day he gave me the quote! I was blown away!! I appreciated that he was on time and very professional. When he completed the job he walked me through his work and had me check that what he had done was what I wanted. He asked me if I was happy with his work which I was!!
