Not familiar with the city, stopped in to find some winter boots and couldn't be more please with not only helping me navigate sizing but then finding the right style! Shoes 22 is the best shoe store in Kitchener Waterloo. Amazing selection of shoes, boots and sandals. Helpful staff and even better prices. My go to place to buy shoes and boots.
Will make the 1 hour drive to only shop here for shoes, for myself and my entire family. The staff and service you receive is in unparalleled to any other large chain, or small independent retailers. The staff actually listen to your needs and care more about finding you items you’ll be happy walking away with, than they do just selling you anything in eyesight. On top of all that, they’re selection is incredible and there is full transparency when it comes to price point—With that being said, nothing is jacked up for the sake of going on sale. Their prices are marked fairly ALL year long!! I hope this place sticks around forever and I cannot wait to see what they’ll be launching for spring 2021! Thank you shoes 22! This is where I love to buy my shoes and sometimes purses when they have them. Shoes 22 has men, women and children options of good quality footwear for a decent price. Other places around may sale cheaper but you know that they have brand names that are actually good and very comfortable. Plus the customer service is good, it's not the best I've seen but its been pretty good. It is overwhelming seeing how many different types of shoes there are but that just means that they want to fit everyone in.
