Smile Town is simply amazing! From our first consultation when my son was 18 months old, and had cavities in his teeth, to today when he got all his cavities filled at age 2, they have been wonderful. They’re never tired of answering tons of questions and are always so supportive and kind. For a parent, it is so scary to have your child put to sleep, but the confidence that Smile Town instilled in us made the experience so good. Thank you to the whole team for being so great!

Such a great experience! The office is absolutely beautiful. All staff and Dentists were so amazing and caring. My daughter is determined to find the red fish !! Highly recommend!!
I want to share my daughter's experience with this office. First, they didn't properly fix a baby tooth and overtime it became clear that it was decayed, thus needed to be pulled out. We opted for the laughing gas method because of the pain of a needle in a child's mouth. We expected it to be a bit more expensive. But not over charge us for a) their mistake in the first place; 2)charging us 150 for a 2 minute phone conversation about nothing new and 3) for charging us above the industry standards. Naturally any insurance company will not cover over charges. They go by industry standards. I wanted to share this with all parents out there with children who struggle with bad teeth and the over priced fees places such us Smile Town. We feel taken advantage off and it is not fair nor right. Needless to say, we will NEVER GO BACK nor would we recommend the facility.
Some of their employees say they don't deal with insurance and some say they do. Just make up your mind guys. On day one I was told you won't contact insurance so I did myself but later I found out you guys also contacted them to get estimate. They will provide only estimate after initial exam. So final bill can be anything and you won't be able argue about it. Also, even after paying for initial exam why can't you provide exact total cost beforehand? Would you buy something without knowing the price?They say final bill could be less than estimate but I seriously doubt that as they are dentist and I have bad experiences in past.
I have never experienced such incompetence or poor customer service before. They have no problem asking you to pay an arm and a leg for proposed dental services but have no interest in helping you set up or figure out health insurance claims. They have the ability to talk directly to insurance companies on the clients behalf however they don’t even make an attempt. They were extremely rude during our interaction and I was so frustrated with their lack customer service I was brought to tears and they couldn’t care less. Their front desk staff needs to learn some manners and they need to update their computer systems so they can deal directly with insurance companies. Their staff were quick to blame my insurance company and their out of date technology but wouldn’t call directly to the insurance companies to inquire about how much of my 3700.00 claim would be covered. They have no problem charging you a 100.00 consultation for a 2 minute assessment and their staff are extremely rude and of no help. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
