Our sofa and chair were just delivered to our home by Snugglers and the delivery guys were friendly and great service. The owner and employees went beyond the call of duty by delivering our old sofa to a worthy cause. The person receiving this item were more than grateful . There are good people in this world. Thanks Snugglers and oh by the way our new sofa and chair look great.

I did a complete reno to an open-concept 2200 square foot dream home overlooking the lake. Quite a unique space, with no partitions between office, living room, TV area, kitchen and dining rooms. Colours were completely different from my previous home so I needed all new furniture. I found Snugglers through researching a chair and half by Trendline. They were very responsive and mentioned a sale going on at the time. Although it was a couple hours drive for me, I just felt confident they wanted to help me…and did they ever. Andrea at Snugglers worked with me tirelessly, based solely on a phone pic of the kitchen island stone colour (blues) I’d selected and a back-of-envelop pencil drawing of the layout. We went back and forth online and in person, about fabrics and colour schemes. Andrea is very professional and taught me just enough about design so that I could make creative & intelligent decisions. I got 2 sofas, 3 armchairs, a desk, 2 benches and stools from Snugglers, and everything is perfectly coordinated to my taste (that is, not too homogeneous, bright accents). Delivery went without a hitch and the guys were careful and professional, as well as personable. The furniture complements the peaceful lake view and that kitchen island. I highly recommend Andrea and Snugglers - high quality furniture and great furniture shopping experience.

The salesperson, Andrea, was amazingly talented, professional, and patient with me and helped me select the furnitures that suit my space and style. We ended up buying everything there. Most of their products are Canadian made. I truly had a great experience there.

We were very satisfied with Snugglers from start to finish! When we entered the showroom, we had an idea of what we were looking for and Kristen very helpfully guided us in the right direction and we found the perfect couch, made our fabric choices and she even advised us of their VIP program to save more money. While our furniture was delayed due to the company who makes the product, Snugglers kept in contact with us the whole time and we were never left in the dark. It makes it easier to get a couch late when you have proper expectations. Once the couch arrived, the installers were friendly, showed us how to work the power buttons and made sure it worked in the room by not putting the recliners too close to the wall. They were very respectful in our home and always removed their shoes when carrying in all the pieces. We did require an adjustment to the moving parts and they were there the next day and fixed the manufacturers issue. We were so pleased with Snugglers from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture with fantastic service!

We got a really nice custom dining room set for much less than we imagined. We wanted to move away from the usual melamine/MDF type of furniture and get something higher quality without breaking the bank. We had Nikki come over for a socially distanced in-home consultation and it was a worthwhile experience to get a fresh perspective and ideas that we would not have thought of.
