If I could give this accountanting firm less then one star for miss information I would. I would like to clarify for potential future clients that the firm "Ledgers" is now called "B Rillion." This was my first year not getting my taxes done from my usual accountant, because she is now retired so I was already hestiant to go to someone I do not know for the chance of it being done incorrectly, and that was exactly what happened. I went with my mother to get my taxes done here, and the lady who did them was very talkactive while doing our taxes, which I found very nerveracking because I didn't want her getting distracted and making mistakes, and when I asked her for certain things to be written off to increase my tax return, I do not believe that she did it properly because my tax return ended up being less then previous years. But the most frustrating thing is that she made errors on my mother's income tax that I later saw later, and when I phoned her to tell her she made errors and enquire on what we could do to fix them, she was very agrumentative and refused to fix them, saying that the CRA will fix the mistakes themselves, which DOES NOT HAPPEN AT ALL. The CRA will NOT fix any mistakes that an accoutant makes at all and not only did she missinform my mother, but she left my mom owing on her taxes, which I believe is the cause of her errors. Now we have to go pay another accountant to look over our taxes because of her mistakes.
