My family and I were at the Staybridge Suites and was a fantastic stay. It is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn’t be better. Just 5 mimutes from the village of St. Jacobs, right across the Farmer’s Market and Outlet Mall. Our 1-bedroom suite was spotless. Comfortable bed, nice fluffy towels, fully equipped kitchen with a nice view of the Farmer’s Market. The J. R. Watkins amenities were a nice touch. Breakfast was good and the pool was our favorite area. There is also a splash pad that my kids really enjoyed. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it 100%

This is a must-stay hotel in St. Jacobs area because of the friendliness of their staff as well as its huge room! It is definitely worth your money. It has a full-sized kitchen inside my room and a view of the market! Breakfast options are great and fantastic! We loved and enjoyed the pool as well. We will definitely come back!!
We recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Waterloo St Jacobs and the experience was great due to several factors, but in this review I want to highlight 3: staff, location, and structure. First, the entire staff was great. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible (and people that travel with small children as we do know how this is important). Second, the location is perfect: few steps from St Jacobs'Market, and 4km to the village of St Jacobs. A perfect location to explore the area. Finally, our 1-bedroom room was equipped with everything we needed (full kitchen, extra pillows and 2 TVs). Everything was extra clean and new. Our kids enjoyed the pool area and the splash pad was perfect! Breakfast was great too. We loved our experience and want to come back.
Great hotel! Very convenient location from the St Jacobs market. Also the room was spacious and so clean! The staff were attentive. We felt safe staying here during the pandemic because it was not crowded at all. My family enjoyed the pool, we were the only ones there at the time. and you would have to book your timeslot. Wonderful place to stay. Family friendly, pet friendly, very clean and great service. The pool and splash pad was a hit with our 3 children and it was great to have our dog with us. We enjoyed having the market across the street. The suites have full kitchens (even a dishwasher!), a livingroom and bedroom. The bathrooms were very clean. I highly recommend Staybridge Suites - St. Jacobs!
We really loved our stay at Staybridge suites - it has the best location right across the street from the famous St Jacobs farmers market, antique market, and outlet stores! Staff were really friendly and had some great recommendations on what to see and where to eat in the area. We felt safe with the extra sanitizer and dividers at check-in. Our room was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfy , we enjoyed the plush towels and the bathroom toiletries were fantastic (JR Watkins) It was really great to have a kitchen area and we use the fridge to store all the items we bought at the farmers market. We enjoyed our visit to the pool and we thought it was really cute that they had a splash pad for the younger children. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back! Sarah and Leo
I have stayed with my family in this hotel and it was so fantastic! It is literally a hidden gem in St. Jacobs. From the service of their staff, to the cleanliness of its room, to the breakfast’s food options (considering it’s pandemic), and even the swimming pool!
