Amazing to say the least. I was consistently going to just a normal gym and not getting the results I was looking for. I found I was wasting a lot of time going for machine to machine as well as half of the time I didn't know if I was even working out properly. Stronger forever is amazing, and everyone that goes there is super friendly. Their energy is always positive & the workouts are always a success. Mark on standby consistently pushing you letting you know how to properly use machines and workout properly so that you're not hurting yourself and that you're getting the full potential out of your workout. He goes over and Beyond making sure people are successful along their Journey. Having a trainer on standby without the extra crazy costs is very convenient and extremely helpful. I know that when I leave I'm feeling it the next couple days, and that's when you know you got a great workout. I feel stronger every class and that's because of stronger forever!! 5

I love the format of the classes and Mark (the coach) is very friendly and supportive! Your progress (losing fat, gaining muscle, etc.) is tracked regularly so that you can actually see how far you’ve come, which is awesome! You also get to try many different exercises each class and it never gets boring

This gym is unlike any other, it is a family, a team, a community. They support each other in all their accomplishments and help rise each other up when the going gets tough or you just need a friend. No matter who you are or what level you are at, they are welcoming, supportive and a great group of people. I am so lucky found Mark and the SF crew a few years ago and you would be to!

Stronger Forever has been such a blessing for me. Everyone there is friendly and supportive of one another, the sense of community is like nothing I've seen at another gym. The workouts are different each day and they are well planned to target all the muscle groups. One of the best things is you know you are going to get a wonderful workout in, and you just need to show up! it makes starting out much easier when all you need to do is show up! Once in there Mark gives personalized coaching. Did you have an injury? Mark will show you a modification. Is your form correct? It will be explained how to proceed with correct form. Finding something a little easier? A harder modification will be given. This is truly something for all fitness levels and will be the vehicle to take you where you want to go with your fitness goals. Mark and Natalia ensure variety of workouts as well as offer a great schedule that suits most needs. During COVID they worked hard to ensure there was something for us to benefit from no matter the Phase we were in. You will not recieved service and flexibility like this at larger gyms and the community you become a part of and the friendships forged are an added bonus!
