I would prefer zero stars but not possible. Hours are very inconvenient and when you do leave a message no one gets back to you. Definitely do not have patient's best interest in mind. Kept calling me the wrong name in one conversation even though I told them my name quite a few times.

I'd rather die than rely on this place for my meds. Brain dead

Worst experience with a pharmacy by far. When I needed the pharmacy most, it was closed because of the early closing hours which makes no sense. Most pharmacies stay open until late at night which benefits everyone using the services. Another problem I had was transferring my prescription from this pharmacy to my pharmacy back home. I live in the same province and yet for an entire week, my pharmacy has been trying to contact the Student Health Pharmacy and they have not been able. This is ridiculous!

I have been to countless pharmacies in my time and this one is the worst by far. They have given me the wrong dosage of medication three times and their unprofessionalism is astounding. The people who give you your medication don't know what they are doing and are not actual pharmacists, they are cashiers for the store part of the pharmacy. If you are a student on campus, never go to this pharmacy for any prescriptions as it is highly possible you will get them late, not fully filled, or get wrongfully charged. I am writing this after I found out that my \30 day prescription\ was only enough to last me one and a half week. Never again.

Horrible advice from pharmacist. Went there for some symptoms from a cold and he was so convinced that allergy pills for runny nose will help. Didnt realize after I bought it and googled the med that it clearly says it does not help with cold symptoms, which at that point he refused to take it back. Tried to take 2 pills and it made everything worse. Will not recommend asking the pharmacist there for advice. Honestly just spend the extra time and go to shoppers.
