Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to call them 4 times simply to enroll on a medical plan. The paperwork is tedious and complicated. Furthermore, It is basically impossible to complete a claim. If you do they always find something "wrong" to avoid reimbursing you. Clearly Sunlife works extremely hard to NOT reimburse you.

I do not recommend this Sun Life branch to anyone. The customer service is extremely unresponsive and slow. The financial advisors are unhelpful and full of excuses. The paperwork they make you do is outdated and unnecessarily tedious. Save yourself some time and effort and go to another Sun Life branch.
