Most of the tellers are nice except the one south asian gentlemen, very rude and condscending, I dont know if hes the head teller but if he is I'm surprised they gave him that position
Terrible service, rude staff. I recommend a different branch. Always a negative experience when I require banking assistance. Also, really behind on covid protocols. Clients freezing outside while staff conserves amongst each other not noticing open tills to service clients..
I used to love this branch. I came here all the time but I haven't been for a while and I walked in today and no one was wearing a mask properly it was either hanging off ears or not covering the nose and when the teller asked me to come up to the window I asked her to put her mask on and she nastily told me that I can wait and have someone else help me she doesn't care. masks are meant to protect the public this pandemic is not over and there's absolutely no need to be that rude and belligerent. I'm definitely driving to Highland from now on. Her name was Amal.
TD Branch at Ira Needles has become a terrible bully of its clients. Sidewalk check by a clerk taking our data asking what we are here for; saying that this will prepare the teller for our transactions. Teller as it appears has no clue when he/she is approached. Without giving our info on the sidewalk (where all other clients in a lineup can hear our name and reason for being there - where is a banking privacy?) we are not allowed to ENTER the branch. Inside clerk bullies clients to stand on the marks for \our protection\. Tellers are clueless on processes unless you do a simple withdrawals, deposits or bill payments. Please stop bullying your clients and ease up. This is becoming ridiculous. We are all adults. We have been told over and over again (almost to death) in the last 5 months about social distancing, hand washing, sanitizing etc...So your branch does not need to bully clients about any of this. We have had enough. We are withdrawing our money from TD Bank and taking it elsewhere. This is what happens when business gives clerks \power\ over clients and loses politeness and sensibility.
