I had some insurance issues as I was transferring from the Alberta health system to the Ontario health system and the office was very helpful in getting me the care I needed.
Dr. Frank is great! He and the nurse I had during my procedure must be the nicest and most helpful Canadians I have ever met. They were patient, polite but not too serious and could crack a joke! This created a very relaxing environment for me, as I felt I was in good hands.
Dr Frank was amazing. He diagnosed and fixed an issue I'd been suffering with for 4 years. I finally feel normal again...and I have him to thank. He's very kind, attentive and cares:) I love that his office isn't in a typical medical building. Thanks Dr Frank!
