Jeff and his cooperators team are hands down the best insurance full service company in KW! When we first met with Jeff he took the extra time to sit down with us and go through every last detail making sure that the services that he was to provide us where as fine-tuned to our needs and wants as could possibly be and he met and surpassed our expectations with his vast knowledge. Any time we need anything he and his team are always there to support us. Robyn is also excellent and always surpasses expectations in attending to any questions that we may have in record time. Jeff is very friendly, knowledgable and personable, always putting his clients needs first before anything. We know that we can trust him completely. We always highly recommend Jeff and his company to our clients, friends and to everyone that we know looking for the best in insurance services! Highly recommended!

I'd like to the the opportunity and recognize Derrick and Jeff from Cooperators for being such candid, empathetic and customer centric Financial Advisors/ Owners. I mostly dealt with Derrick, after being referred to him by Jeff, and right from the get-go he was extremely diligent in his approach. Personally, i hate having to deal with insurance brokers and insurance agents in general...However, I was very pleased with Derrick's client service and relationship building. Derrick was extremely patient with me, answering many questions that I had (blame my millennial-ness) and he took the time to help guide me through the details of my home/ auto policies and quotations. Trust me there were multiple emails and phone calls and not once did Derrick shy away from helping out. I’ve dealt with many brokers and advisors previously and none have gone to the extent that Derrick did to ensure I am equipped with sufficient and critical information to make my decision. My business was very impressed by the service given to us by the Jeff Lyle group, Samuel David was our contact for correspondence and extremely helpful and professional in helping us to set up our insurance. We gave a very short window for our policy to be put into place and the communication and promptness was handled extremely well and working around the clock to get it done. Our team was so thankful to have someone who understood the urgency of our requests and was able to meet all of our requirements that allowed us to begin our operations on time.
