I normally don't write reviews, but these guys had such great service that I thought I had to. Everyone I talked to there was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had lots of stuff in stock, when other gun shops did not, and at prices better than others. And on top of that they gave me free two day shipping...... will be buying everything I can from them in the future!

Store can get busy some times, but once you get a staff, they are very helpful and were not hesitant to show me several firearms. They also price matched some items for me. Will always find time to pop in when im in the region.
Incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Great selection of firearms and ammunition. I've been to all the shops in the area and the staff at The Gun Room are hands down the reason I am getting into the sport.
I have bought quite a few gun's from these folk's, but the last time I was in there, I wanted to look at a 30-06 p17 sporter. I walked in asked and was handed a different gun than what I asked, I ended up getting attitude from the man who was serving me and more or less i wouldn't give them the steam off my own p*ss! I don't blame people I blame technology and social media and online sale's! it has been nothing short but turning people into impersonal robot's, who no longer need to speak man to man as long as they can text or email....who needs social skill's anymore!
Staff are arrogant and dismissive, and that's about as polite as I can put it. I've tried to buy guns and ammo from there more than once, and always leave empty handed and frustrated. Ask around a bit before you buy anything there, you'll find my experience is not uncommon for these folks. Hop on the highway and head down to SAIL in Cambridge. You'll be happier for it.
