Great service, when my family and I were seated near some very off putting , loud folks. The manager went above and beyond to move us and be sure we were taken care of . As well the my young children were no longer around that group of people. The food was excellent, right down to the children's meals. The wait staff there is always top notch too . Anyone concerned covid wise, they were very clean , all staff wearing masks properly over both mouth and nose at all times. And I also saw them cleaning all times and surfaces often . Still a great place to go for a special dinner or to treat yourself in these odd times we are dealing with.

This was definitely the best meal I’ve ever had at the keg. I am now hooked on the Blue Cheese Bacon Wrapped Filet, medium rare. This was an excellent steak and flavour combination - topped with a blue cheese crust that seemed like a buttery bread crumb and blue cheese mixture and roasted garlic. This will be what I order from the keg from here on out!

We have visited this restaurant several times when it was open and always enjoyed our meal. With the lockdown and it being Valentine's Day we thought we would try take out. We were extremely disappointed on how cold our meal was . The side dishes of rice and stuffed mushrooms were quite hot so it was clear the entrees were sitting in the bag for too long. This certainly makes us reconsider ever ordering take out again. I had even arrived a few minutes early. For the price you pay you would certainly expect more

Our takeout meals from the Keg Waterloo far exceeded our expectations for last night's special occasion and for my husband's work dinner two weeks ago. The packaging on each meal was perfect - an oven friendly aluminum container for each entree, and each was wrapped inside a thermal bag! The food was still an excellent temperature for eating when I arrived home 25 minutes later. The pistachio crusted salmon ordered medium well was cooked to perfection! The side of brussel sprouts with bacon and a maple syrup sauce are delicious! The garlic mashed potatoes were perfect and the Caesar salad was nice and garlicky. Many years ago the Keg was my regular hang out with my best friend and the food is just as good as I remembered. We are now officially addicted to the Billy Miner pie, sooo coffee-chocolaty good! Many thanks Eric, Bree and the Chef's!
