Was there to buy phone on boxing day sale. Staff is very respectable, friendly and helpful. I would mention the name of a staff member "Waleed". He helped with every step for buying phone. Suggestions as per my requirement. And completing transaction to ensure that nothing should be left behind. Definitely will go back in future.

I was sold headphones with a terrible sound quality. When I tried to return them, I was told they don't do returns on those products for sanitary reasons. I get why that policy exists, but they didn't even care that the reason I was returning them was that they effectively don't work. Also upon purchase, I was never told that they were final sale. Very disappointing.

Came in with my family on Black Friday, the second busiest day in retail throughout the entire year. Still managed to have a sales rep providing us with undivided attention and care to ensure we are provided the best fitting products that are sold with the best deals possible. 10/10 staff knowledge and service. 10/10 super kind store manager, too. 5 phones, 5 cases screen protectors, and a fancy pair of Sony headphones later, my family is completely satisfied that Christmas has come early!! This is a Bell owned electronics store. Great selection of phones, plus accessories and other electronics such as laptops, printers, speakers. The selection is good, online is better. Prices are very good, usually among the lowest. The service is excellent, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. This is a niche store, and works well.

Somehow, I summoned up enough courage to look for a new phone on the Black Friday weekend. Parking was a nightmare and so was the congestion in every tech/comunications store I visited. No one could help me. I decided to call it quits. As I walked towards an exit, somehow my feet found their way into one last store - The Source. No waiting this time. Matt greeted me and the personal service I received was stellar! He saved me a lot of money and helped me find the perfect phone for my needs! Thanks so much!
