Excellent gym facility! Fitz the Whip and the other instructors work you hard! Great atmosphere, I have been going to this boxing gym for the past 2.5 years and have seen significant improvements in my cardio. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into better shape and learn a discipline!!
