Ordered from skip the dishes and got bacon on a beyond meat burger. Skip gave me a refund but when I tried to call the restaurant they didn't answer the phone. So disappointed because we would have rather had it replaced.

Always a show stopper. Never once had a bad experience. Amazing food that's well worth the price for the quality you get. Great service, cannot say enough good about this place
The Works in Waterloo is fantastic.... Take out food is neatly organized.... Burgers taste great.... Spicy fries are really SPICY....
I've been to various locations over the years and enjoy the food very much. Unfortunatley my skip the dishes order last night was far from great. My burger was quite raw. Not just a little pink on the inside.. it was RAW around the outside edges. I was pretty upset given the 20 price point. The rest of the meal was ok.. cold. I tried to call the restaurant and provide the feed back 3 times and it just rang and rang.Very sorry 'the works' I know it is difficult times but it is sooo very important never to serve under cooked ground beef.
Great burgers if you want to try something funky. My personal favorite is the peanut butter banana burger which I haven't seen anywhere else. Not super cheap is the only reason for 4 stars. I would definitely recommend.
