I agree with many other comments. I stay in unit 309. Every month few dollars are lost in Laundry not working and management says contact laundry operator. The bigger issue is Heating. The whole building seems to be poorly insulated and the central heat is not working. Last year someone moved a petition on high electricity costs and insulation I suppose and everyone was asked to support it. I am not sure where it went. I think it is high time that tenants collectively write to Tenant Board to demand some strong steps to have this Building properly insulated, maintained. They also share your family data with others. Be careful on your privacy. I moved one complaint against them with Privacy Office. When I moved last year, there was ceiling leak too. It took them three rounds of fixes to get it sorted out but by that time 8 months had passed.

Apartments are decent inside but what they fail to tell you( or lie to you about is the monthly hydro bill) especially in the winter ours was 600 plus due to the fact that everything in the condo is electric. they have the most expensive heating/cooling system in the market on the hydro bill! they also take very long to fix mistakes(security door not fixed for an entire year) and do not treat their tenants fairly when rectifying their mistakes. I would not be fooled by their free month rent gimmick or the low rent, spend a few extra hundred and go somewhere, where you will get peace of mind and pay the same anyway due to crazy high hydro bill!
THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING IN!! If I had a chance to go back in time, I would never choose to live here. I told them one month before I moved in that the ceilings and windows in both bedroom was leaking and there were a lot of mole on the the ceilings. I knew they would get super busy in late Aug so I told them early. After being urged several times (my friend was living there so I am updated) they promised to have it repaired and the walls painted before I moving in. But the fact is now I have lived there three days everything is still the same. And they get so many excuses to delay the repairing. Now they are asking me to wait another two weeks. This is their management and efficiency. Please think twice before signing contracts with them. They don't keep promise.
I wish I could give them a zero. They sent an entry notice to come on Thursday so I worked from home on that day. No body came. I got another saying there coming to repair the ceiling today. I even unassembled my desk to make room for them to repaint. I prepared everything. They came and took some pictures then left in a minute. BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN PICTURES A MONTH AGO and told me that we would repair the leakage and repaint the ceiling. This place's management is incredibly bad. Just...just don't move here.
Rude and abrasive service. All I wanted was the ice blocking my car cleared. That somehow evolved into denial that the ice was even there, false accusations of me not paying parking, and a debate about why Timbercreek shouldn't have to help me out.
Okay building, bad management, high electricity bill in winter. Manager's office is NOT onsite. Maintenance requests are delayed or not even reliably relayed and can be a mess. Our monthly hydro bill went through 200 during winter, that's even when we've turned off our heat during peak hours.
Every month I lose few dollars in failed laundry machines. Winter Electricity Bills are outrageous.
