Having been a customer of this restaurant for 6 years, this was the first time I felt so disappointed. Went to this restaurant for an all you can eat lunch with 3 others. We were told we had only 1 hour limit to eat, which sounds okay as I understand the business is struggling to survive due to the covid restrictions. But then, many ordered items, for some reasons, were missed. After the first few dishes, we waited for 15-20 minutes but no more food came. We started to question and many excuses were given, like \maybe it is sold out\, \please try to re-order\, etc. Then while being just half full, we were reminded that our time was up and asked to make a last order and hand over the ordering device. After a few times re-ordering and inquiring, some food items eventually came but some others never showed up. I understand they are struggling and finding ways to cut costs would help but wonder if this would be the right way to do so. It was definitely not worth paying the all you can eat price for the lunch we had.

Went in at 8:15pm for all-you-can-eat sushi. Sushi and rolls were not fresh. Size and thickness was inconsistent, becoming almost wafer thin on the second order. After a while, the ordered items just never came. Appetizers like Chicken, desert like icecream and fried puffs were better. Service started to take too long between orders. Expensive for the service and reducing quantity provided. They kept pulling that garbage cart around while people were having their meal. Payment by card was charged 10%.
The workers were very slow, the staff tends to ALWAYS be staring at me and my friends and made us uncomfortable, the food was cold every time. They missed orders we placed every here and there, food was OBVIOUSLY frozen. Some food even tasted like or was microwave ls from frozen. Was not a good experience. Very unhappy. please take these reviews seriously. We read all the bad reviews and still went and now we regret it. Go somewhere else! Not worth it!!!!
The food was good. People were friendly. Food came out at a decent speed but many items were forgotten and we had to ask where it was which delayed us ordering more. Near the end (almost an hour mark) they told us we had 10 more minutes to make last order even though we were still waiting on food that had been forgotten. So e ordered some dessert that came before the food. Husband went to order more dessert and the lady took the tablet away. Then before we were even done they took our waters away without asking and quickly came over with the machine to pay. It was on our top to come back and eat until they basically kicked us out...we were only there for a total of an hr 4 people (2 adults 2 kids.) I have never had that experience at any other sushi place. Also to add it was not busy at all , no line at the door, tons of open tables!!
It is a nice place. But as for me there wasn’t enough food for all you can eat for that price :)). Anyway, the atmosphere and service was pleasant.
