The GO bus 25 and all its branches connect the Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, Milton, North York, and Mississauga areas. People who travels between Waterloo and Mississauga should choose 25C or 25B as priority; if you are going to Brampton or North York region, take 25F. The 25B, 25C, and 25F operate as express services. The 25B service only operates in Friday afternoon. The 25F service operates in Friday and Sunday afternoon. The 25C operates as hourly service in Thursday, Friday & Sunday afternoon; and on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.,the 25C operates in hourly service. If you are going to Toronto, Brampton, or North York regions in early morning on weekdays, take local transit GRT 200 express to Kitchener bus terminal (Charles terminal) and then transfer the GO bus route 30 instead of taking GO bus 25 at UWaterloo directly. It saves a lot of time by selecting GO bus 30 because of the single trip operation time of GO bus 25 is super long and it is usually delayed. Select 25 only if you are planning to travel to Guelph or Milton.

Can't think of anywhere else I had rather be, (although I am pretty sure that's coz I don't have enough experience)
