This store has the worst return policy on the planet. It's only allowed on UNopened merchandise within THREE days, so don't think about changing your mind on anything. I bought a defective headset and when I tried to return it two days later, they made me bring in my own laptop to prove that it was defective (even though it also wouldn't work on any of their display models). Best Buy has its problems, but at least it takes returns without hassle. All that said, their tech support guy was pretty helpful (even while he was making me jump through hoops to satisfy their ridiculous return policies). If I needed a third party to fix my computer I'd consider him.
