My experience at Dr Wallace’s office was amazing. The display of professionalism of the entire office was impressive and I loved how caring each person I spoke with was. They thouroughly explained what to expect during and after my surgery and made sure to answer all of my questions to put me at ease. Furthermore, the office is very nice, clean, and comfortable. I was very impressed with how thorough they are with their covid protocols and their effort to keep everyone safe and protected from this nasty virus. I can’t thank Dr. Wallace enough for such a nice experience and placing me at ease during my dental surgery.

Inquiring of mask exemptions beforehand, the receptionist was quite quick to disregard the Public health exemptions in effect. No consideration or compassion expressed for those needing exemption. The science has been out for quite some time that masks do not work to protect you or anyone against covid-19. This business has their own rules but say they follow orders.

Dr. Jeffrey Wallace removed my right tooth and put the bone graft at same time. Recently he has done the bone grafts surgery at St. Marry Hospital. Throughout the whole process from consultation through surgery--Dr. Wallace along with his staff offered me great oral health care with truly kind, helpful and professional service with incredible planning and post-op care. Actually at the beginning, I was recommended to a different dental specialist, after going though the consultation phase with him and his staff, I wasn't so sure if he was my preference. So I made decision to looking for another specialist by myself. Fortunately I found the Dr. Jeffrey Wallace online, I was experienced big difference, especially impressed with him patience, knowledge and professionalism during the first meeting. He picked up on my interest in research and volunteered detailed information about the studies used to gauge risk factors. He gave me a great deal of information for making decisions on my oral health care, and I really appreciate his oral care and trust his expertise. Plus his staff were so kind and helpful as well. They made contact with me before and after the surgery, and took care to notify me of preparatory requirements on several occasions. I was really lucky to find Dr. Wallace for my dental care, he definitely has my sincere recommendations to friends, family as well as my coworkers , moving forward, and I wish him and all his staff success in their business for many years to come.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at Dr Wallace's practice. Even though I wasn't overly nervous, I was very surprised at how flawless my experience was. The staff were around me at all times making sure I feel comfortable, I was given clear instructions on post-op care and a followup call the next day to ensure I'm fine and on my way to recovery. Two weeks after the surgery now, I'm fully recovered and haven't experienced any complications. Very grateful to Dr Wallace for an amazing job, and can highly recommend his practice if you need your wisdoms pulled!

I needed to have a complicated extraction and was very nervous. I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Wallace and asked to be referred to his care. The staff are so wonderful and he is so kind, although I was still very nervous about the extraction and recovery, I was treated with such patience. Dr. Wallace obviously did an amazing job, as I had no swelling, bruising and very minimal pain. The day after I stopped the pain medication. I just wanted to thank everyone involved in my experience and now wonder what I was so nervous and scared about. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Wallace and his staff! Julie
