Took Waterloo Airport Taxi Service to and from the airport.The rides were both in top shape and they had car seats ready for our young kids! I think they went out of their way to get them for us because they were brand new. The team was always really quick to respond and were willing to help. Text and emails about who was coming to pick us up and contact info was always quick and accurate.

Just used Waterloo Airport Taxi Service today for the first time to pickup a relative from the airport. They were very accommodating with my requests over email. My relative knows almost no English, so I wanted to make a sign for the driver to hold. They were able to print out the sign for me, and even confirmed on the day of the scheduled pickup. (It was icy that day in Toronto, so I am glad they were still able to do the pickup.) I booked with Waterloo Airport Taxi Service due to their great customer service. Would definitely use them again the next time I need a car service!
Perfect service! Including 1 reservation i had to unfortunately cancel due to sudden change in Pearson airport travel policy due to pandemic. The call and process took seconds, totally hassle free. The staff were completely understanding which is why I made and completed my 2 reservation with them. Upon landing at Pearson I received a text from the driver who was at the airport awaiting my arrival and specific passenger meeting number outside. Driver was professionally dressed, Large Suburban Blk SUV in Brand New condition, excellent driver! Highly recommend!
I was very satisfied with Waterloo Airport Taxi Service. It was an early morning pickup to Hamilton airport. My driver was courteous and professional and wearing a mask. I felt safer knowing I was riding in a car that is sanitized and the steps are taken to make the driver and customer feel safe during these Covid times. I will definitely being using this service in the future.
