I tried a couple of cleaners before I found Carrie. The others always left me disappointed after their sessions. They would dust and vacuum and mop but not really get at the dirt. Carrie came for a deep clean and the result was spectacular - everything was clean. There's no dust left behind. She cleaned all the ledges and really got to all the dirt. There was no chemical smell left behind which I also always hated. Everything was just clean. My husband and I are so very impressed. Glad I switched!

If you're looking for a cleaner that will work hard to make your home sparkle and shine, Waterloo Cleaning Services can't be beat! I am pretty good about maintaining a moderately clean house, but I've never been good at deep cleaning. Carrie came over and spent a day working with me to scrub our bathrooms and office space and the areas that I use for my photography business. I was honestly shocked at how beautifully clean our rooms were when she left! She had tons of tips and tricks for cleaning that were way more effective than the way I had been doing things. The house was nowhere near that clean when we moved in two years ago. I can honestly say that now our home is the cleanest it has ever been. I will absolutely have Carrie and Waterloo Cleaning Services come back. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
