I just bought my first car from Waterloo Honda. Very pleased with the customer service and friendly staff. However, the day I went to pick up the car I noticed it had not been cleaned on the inside. It was very dirty with lots of stains on the interior. I cleaned it myself and found a dirty mask in the back seat cupholders. Gross.

Second Car from Waterloo Honda .Financed a Honda Accord 2019 Sports (1.5T), brand new in 2019. Almost 45k from Waterloo Honda. Noticed after a few months the Car doesn't have a Digital speedometer in Km/hr instead it shows only miles/hr. Expressed my Concern with the Dealership. I was told in a very funny way that it is what it is, just follow the analog meter(the needle one).Well the Analog Speedometer was there too in my 2001 Honda Accord . Shocked to see their reaction. Even my 2017 model basic Honda Civic had a digital speedometer . I was being told the car is made in American market (somewhere in Ohio)and that's why it is miles/hr. Forwarding the concern to Honda itself and VP. It's not a joke to spend this much money and treated in a Non Technical way just to hide their own fault. Be careful to check your Car Odometer screen for your features
