Recently my wife and I visited Waterloo Mattress and would 110% recommend this awesome, local company. Their prices are competitive for both their in-house quality built and brand name products. But the best reason is their thorough, friendly, and expert service. Cathy was fantastic - taking extra care with understanding our ailments and coming up with creative solutions. The owner, Liviu, is a personable guy who will entertain with his bubbly personality and yarn a few stories. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Fantastic service and it's local - Woot Woot
The team at Waterloo mattress is absolutely amazing. Our family bought new mattresses for every family member. We were so impressed by not only the experience of selecting a mattress, but the level of service after purchase was beyond expectations. We will never shop for a mattress elsewhere. We even got our puppy a dog bed too !
I highly recommend Waterloo Mattress. I was, admittedly, intimidated when I first started thinking about purchasing a new mattress. This place was my first stop, and it was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson was informative without being pushy, and let us walk try all the mattresses without any sales pressure. After checking out some other stores, we decided on a mattress from Waterloo Mattress. The sales process and delivery were painless. They even took the old mattress and box spring out for me. After a couple months of sleeping on the mattress, it still feels like a dream (and we got one of the least expensive models!). Definitely an excellent purchase.
Our entire experience with Waterloo Mattress has been excellent! We visited your showroom and had the pleasure of being served by Sandy. She was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We took our time to try out different mattresses in the showroom and never felt rushed to make a decision. We felt comfortable with the products and liked that the mattresses are made locally so we decided to proceed with the purchase. Our mattress was available for delivery a little sooner than expected which was a nice surprise! Delivery was very easy to arrange, again thanks to Sandy. The delivery guys were polite and efficient. Best of all we love our fantastic new mattress and would recommend Waterloo Mattress to anyone wanting a great quality product at a fair price.
