The track is utter chaos with geriatrics wondering all over the track with total disregard for the rules. The Staff could give a toss. Some folks use skiing poles and then swerve into the running lanes and have the gull to complain when they walk into you running. Excellent facility just ran by total mongoloids.

Great facility - I did a lane swim - and friendly staff. Covid protocols well thoughout and executed. Much appreciated for my first time back since covid hit.

The street signs on the way there were large, easy to read, and really helped us find the Waterloo Aud. The bathrooms were clean, and well stocked. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There was lots of parking available, but the parking lot was in desperate need of plowing (we came on a very snowy Saturday evening). The skating was wonderful. Thanks for the fun family night out.

Great facility! Very friendly staff. I have taken my daughter here for public swim and lessons and she loves it. It's been a while since I have used the ice pads but from memory they were always in good condition. Updated food area as well now.

Great place for swimming classes through waterloo region. The little one has gone to multiple classes now. Staff are usually friendly and helpful

The lady that runs the roller skating rentals is super friendly & attentive! The girls at the front desk are friendly.
