Our family have been with Waterloo Smiles Dentistry for about 5 years now. Dr. Husain's team is very professional and friendly. The visits have always been pleasant (even for someone like me who doesn't particularly enjoy dental visits). All dental hygienists, particularly Esha, are knowledgeable and do their best to make our experiences enjoyable. Front desk staff, especially Candice, do a great job coordinating our appointments, so that we get timely reminders, and are very flexible in rescheduling appointments if needed. I highly recommended this practice!

I've been a patient for 17 1/2 years with good reason. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. They're very good at what they do and make the extra step to provide quality care and customer service. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking excellent care in the dentistry field.
Friendly and informative team of professionals.Dr. Hussain also goes above and beyond dealing with the covid protocol. She truly cares about her patients. Also the office is gorgeous. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.
A few years ago I was fortunate enough to find this amazing team at Waterloo Smiles Dentistry. The warm, welcoming atmosphere puts me at ease straight away. Whether it's a routine check up and cleaning or cosmetic and restorative dentistry, you can put your mind at ease too. The friendly, knowledgeable team led by Dr. Husain treats you like you're their only client. I just had another routine cleaning and Esha, as always was outstanding. I highly recommend them especially if you're normally a nervous patient.
So far, so good! I have only had my first appointment and everything was laid out for me clearly and in a manor that felt like it was carefully thought of and designed to suit my needs. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Hadis was especially helpful and understanding!
