I've used Waterloo Taxi a couple of times and have always had a great experience. I don't have a car myself and use it to take my puppy to the vet. They have always been super professional and courteous. As long as you tell them in advance that you have an animal with you, they're super nice about it.

Used service in Waterloo region. Very professional and courteous driver
The driver double charged me for my fair. Said it didn't go through the 1st time & charged me again. Called the office twice & waiting to talk to the accounting department.
We used the service to drive us to Hamilton Airport. Driver 7146 is one of the best. He was on time, helped with the luggage and asked if we had a different route which he was open too. He was very pleasant and entertaining. We talked and joked all the way here and he appreciated the new route option. My only regret is I forgot his name. Keep up the good work and your ratings will change for the better. Thank you to all involved.
Driver kept calling other people through the main speakers. Would rate 2/5 but all previous experiences have been good! Good driving nice staff.
