This company really seems to be a joke. DO NOT sign any documents without first reading through everything. Virtually every document I have received, I have had to proof read it and indicate the simplest corrections. I have no idea who their staff is, but they must have obtained their jobs because they are friends and family. There is no attention to detail, no experience, and zero customer service. Having come from a small family owned broker that did their jobs extremely well, this is a night and day comparison in the worst possible way. Can anyone recommend a good broker?

A coworker was telling me the other day how much he liked this company. Then today he got a call from them. As of friday they won't insure him. Due to a ticket he got two years ago.
Was rejected for life insurance due to past minor mental illness/ because I smoke LEGAL marijuana a couple times a week. Basically if you aren’t a perfect person you will be rejected. Although after reading the other comments written here I am happy to not have to be involved with this company. Don’t waste your time with them!
The gave me a quote for 200/mo, and they start charging me 294/mo without letting me know about any changing. I call that stealing!
This insurance company not good enough when u want the answer for anything u don’t get the answer u want.when time for the payment they don’t wait for it . They take the payment right away.
