Do you like pharaoh ants? Do you like random people breaking into your place which has no security and then using your shower and stealing your food? Do you like fire alarms which are decibels away from making you deaf? Then move right here in WCRI where they will provide that and much more!

Very affordable prices given how close it is to UW. Lots of international students and fairly clean. Single beds felt stiff but it was great that the rooms were fully furnished. The dining room and common space were well maintained by staff.

I lived in Fenwick and I know the buildings are all VERY different so if you aren't planning to live in Fenwick then this review probably won't apply. The single Fenwick rooms are very nice, not a huge amount of space but definitely enough to live very comfortably. Very close to the school - a reasonable price when compared with other similar apartments. The biggest downside to be honest is the fire alarm. It might sound like not-a-big-deal but wow is that thing loud. You will need to make arrangements to live/work from somewhere else on days they are testing them, because you are dead wrong if you think you can just ignore them. To be a bit hyperbolic I think they could be 10% the volume and still function perfectly as fire alarms. Anyway, decent place - be wary of alarms : )

Quite an unsafe place to live. If you want to have a broken leg or a broken arm right before your final exams, welcome to WCRI. They collect high rent, yet they do not clean sidewalks in winter. These pictures were taken on April 17th; THREE days AFTER the freezing rain hit. What you see is not snow but ICE. It is the second working day after the stormy weekend, and they are too cheap to use some salt and remove the accumulated ice. WCRI is quite a hazardous place, and I almost broke my left arm when I fell this morning. My back and left side hurt, and I am not sure if this is going to be a serious health issue for me. I was heading to school to finish one of my major projects, and my final exams are just a few days ahead. Stay away from this called \Cooperative\ as it is just a poorly managed organization. Stay away and stay HEALTHY.
