If you don't drive and need a COVID test - this is the place to go. They will pick you up and take you home (free of charge). Really prompt and accurate appointment times. My appointment was set for 10:20, and I was picked up on time and when I arrived I was seen immediately. I received my results two days later (went on a Monday morning, had the results by Wednesday evening). The doctor even personally called me to see how I was doing on Thursday evening (they give a three day window for test results, so although I received mine a little early he called me the day that they said the results would be in). He asked me how I was feeling and made sure I had received my Negative test results online. His wife is the one who drives and does the pick up/drop off. She was lovely as well (although it was a little hard to hear from behind the plexiglass in the backseat!). You can really tell this couple has put their heart into doing this for the community. It was really thoughtful for them to switch the clinic into a COVID testing site AND offer a pick up/drop off option for those who are unable to go to the drive-thru test centres. I honestly don't know what people in Waterloo Region (those who can't drive or don't have access to a vehicle) were doing before. This clinic has has tapped into a much needed service for Waterloo Region at the moment (writing on February 4, 2021). Fantastic service. Of course, ironically, I hope I don't have to go again, but for those who do, this is the best option.

Terrible for obtaining COVID results. I suggest going somewhere else even if it’s a bit more pricey than risk having to get your flight rescheduled which is what we had to do ...

If u need COVID test result for international flight, Please doNOT go there. You will not get results in weeks. My friend got result in less than 24 hours from another clinic, but I am still waiting for my results. I can see my result on Ontario website but cannot get a soft copy of my results even after 5-6 calls to the clinic.
